The newly elected HOA Board met in early January with a representative from the MJS management company to learn the ropes of running the now homeowner controlled HOA. Board members were provided copies of all HOA governing documents and contracts for review, and discussed in detail the role of MJS as the current management company for the HOA. In addition, board members were provided treasury reports, and each line item of the budget was defined and discussed. Lastly, board members were appointed to be the the liaisons between the board and MJS for various issues including collections, architectural reviews, and violations.
