At the March meeting the HOA Board agreed on a revised scope of work for the landscape contract and is currently seeking new bids. In addition, the Board approved to have the gravel driveway around the mailbox kiosk repaired, and is obtaining quotes for possible longer term maintenance solutions. Other neighborhood improvement project ideas are also being explored and estimated prices obtained. Lastly, the board discussed and continues to review multiple items in the Regulations document for potential revision.
